Customer service is second to none

I am very happy with InvestEngine. There are a wide choice of ETFs and they keep adding more. I particularly like their selection of ESG funds. Their customer service is very efficient and the staff are incredibly helpful! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022

A good basic free ETF platform

A good basic free ETF platform. Shame ETF's can't be traded in real time. Would consider investing more if there was a SIPP. Reviewed on: 20th February 2022

Good customer service

Excellent customer service and I like their DIY profile. Still, my experience with income portfolio was not very good as I found that invested with bonds that had a long history of devaluation and had a significant impact on the money invested. I understand there is a risk but putting my money into this area that has been continuously devaluing is no risk to me that is something as an investor I would not do myself. I closed that profile, and I am trying a growth one and see how that does; however, I am looking for somewhere else to invest with now that will help me to meet my investment objectives. Brilliant
