The customer service are not active they should answ...

The customer service are not active they should answer very quick over there should have like a phone call or something very active they have to customer service need to be because there's a lot of confusing when you buy it and you take two days three days or one day which is not understand so I try to talk to them but then they are not responsing like in E mailed either but very late and I'd love to have a day have a lack of direct to contact like a phone so easy we can discuss fish not face to face but by phone call so if they change it then I will be little bit happy Reviewed on: 17th February 2025

My Experience Using InvestEngine . A Honest Review

As someone who values a simple yet cost-effective way to invest, I decided to try InvestEngine, and after using it for a while, I have a solid understanding of its strengths and limitations. Low Fees & Cost-Effective Investing – One of the biggest reasons I chose InvestEngine was its zero platform fees for self-managed portfolios and a low 0.25% fee for managed portfolios. Compared to other platforms, it’s incredibly cheap, which makes a big difference in long-term investing. User-Friendly Interface – The platform is easy to navigate, even for beginners. Setting up my portfolio was straightforward, and I appreciate features like AutoInvest and rebalancing, which make managing investments hassle-free. Wide ETF Selection – I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of over 700 ETFs available. Whether I wanted a globally diversified portfolio or exposure to specific sectors, there was always an ETF that fit my strategy. Fractional Investing – This is a big plus! I don’t need to buy full shares of ETFs, meaning I can invest small amounts and still get exposure to expensive ETFs without needing a large capital upfront. FSCS Protection & Regulation – InvestEngine is regulated by the FCA, and my funds are protected up to £85,000 under the FSCS scheme, giving me peace of mind about the platform’s security.
