It's included in with my car insurance.

I have John Lewis car insurance - and have done for several years now. Fortunately, I haven't had an accident so can't comment on the insurance but have had to claim for a breakdown. It wasn't a breakdown, as such. I had been on holiday, left my car at me friend's house, with the handbreak on, and then couldn't move! I was pleasantly surprised in that I didn't had to wait long for someone to get to me - John Lewis used the nearest garage (don't know if others do?) and the engineer was thorough, friendly and, best of all, got me going again. My brakes had stuck....... Just remember to carry the contact details in your car - you never know when you'll need them! Reviewed on: 30th August 2015
