Initially found quotes on the website but needed to ask a question regarding a medical condition so required a 'phone call. Sam was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Obviously as with any insurance company the 'proof is in the pudding', i.e. if a claim is necessary and how they deal with it. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022
