I was just about given up on booking a holiday as I had recently suffered from breast cancer and other companies either wouldn't insure me or quoted astronomical amounts. My friend recommended Just Travel . I phoned them and the quote was so good I booked a holiday Reviewed on: 8th September 2017

I experience quite varied health problems which mean I find many insurance companies will not insure me even though they are on the MacMillan list. It is always a worry when I book a holiday because in the past even a broker couldn't find a company willing to insure me and the travel company insisted that I must have insurance.you cannot get insurance if you cannot name the country you are intending to visit and you have to give the dates. Thank goodness I found Just Travel insurance before I left because the travel company wouldn't re-imburse any money if I had to cancel our holiday because of lack of insurance. My health conditions do not prevent me leading a normal life, if I was 20years younger I would be working full time and enjoying every day activities . I was about to accept that because of my age and disabilities I was committed to paying nearly half the cost of my holiday on travel insurance, then I found "just go". and got the cover I wanted at a price that was sensible. Reviewed on: 7th September 2017

A Breath of fresh air

I have suffered from Crohn's disease for over 30 years, After trying a few companies that supposedly specialised in cover for people with Pre existing medical conditions, I eventually came accross "Just Travel" - which by chance had a call centre locally to me (this made the telehone conversation much easier) - I was strugglung to get cover for myself & my wife for 4 days in Palma - Majorca. After speaking to a very knoweldgable operator a deal was done. I had become quite worried & anxious as I was on a waiting list for another operation & no one wanted to know. I also asked if they would insure me if I was to book a 2 week holiday to Mexico & was again pleasantly surprised that they could, I was given a reference number which would be valid for 30 days - so I had my short break in Palma & I have just returned & booked my 2 week holiday to Mexico. I will be using this company in future for all my holiday insurances. Well done Just Travel for taking out the extra stress I normally get when taking out holiday insurance.
