I have used just travel cover several times for expensive, tailor made trips abroad and they have always been great getting me the cover I need and explaining the pros and cons of various policies before I make a decision . I have found Just Travel to be an excellent insurance company and have used them for most of my travels. The times that I’ve had to phone Customer Services I have found them to be very efficient. I’ve never had to make a claim so I can’t comment on that aspect. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
