Insurance Claim

We booked a holiday to Tunisia for June 2023, unfortunately I had a heart attack in March 2023 and subsequently required a triple heart bypass. After the operation when I was feeling a bit better, I thought about a claim for my holiday as I was advised not to travel. On cancelling the holiday Tui kindly charged me £571 for the cancellation. Tui took the money from the amount I had paid. I then contacted Just Travel to claim the cancellation fee back, expecting the usual excuses and difficulties claiming of insurance. The service I received throughout the claims process was nothing but courteous and helpfull. I provided all the evidence requested and was paid £571 without any hesitation, which pleased me no end. I am going to rebook my holiday for June2024 and I will be using Just Travel Insurance as I have received a great value quote for the cover I require. Well done to all. Reviewed on: 21st July 2023

Excellent price for All round Travel Insurance

Have used Just Travel for the last 2 years for all my travel, they are highly competitive with their prices and provide cover to meet all your requirements . It’s very daunting for some people when ringing up for travel insurance. Being asked questions about current or previous health conditions can be traumatic and a reminder of hard times they have been through. I found all the staff I’ve spoken to over the last few years I’ve used just travel all very professional and friendly. When I first had to get travel insurance lots of companies wouldn’t insure me as I was waiting on genetic results. I was put on to just travel and they insured me without any problem knowing I was waiting for results.. their prices are very reasonable too. I buy annual European cover but may go to Australia which I can just ring up and add that at an extra cost anytime…pretty straightforward.. Reviewed on: 21st July 2023

My daughter has lived on a Greek Island for over 20 years, got a job with an English Holiday Villa Company and now works for their Greek division. A couple of trips a year and a Sunday night chat on the internet is how we now enjoy the company. Since finding Just Travel I can relax and enjoy the company of Greek people.. Note . I believe I know the person that cost £30,000 to bring home. He was on a cruise, fell and broke a hip, was operate on in hospital and was flown home with wife and nursing attendants.
