I have a poor credit rating through no fault of my own and if I ever try for any type of credit it costs me so much it’s not worth it. Klarna however doesn’t treat me differently just because of my credit rating which to me means a lot. So thank you Klarna for giving me a chance because it’s really helped my situation. seamless, responsible and proactive

ive used Klarna many times and i have never had an issue, and never had a query where it was not solved quickly via the app. its uncommon that you cant comment on customer service because with most companies you have an unpleasant conversation with a team member. but i have never had to communicate with an employee at Klarna because the app is superbly efficient and easy in finding information. a substantial part of Klarna and indeed modern society is their proactive approach to climate change using Give One and also making it clear and easy to see the impact your purchases have on climate change Reviewed on: 29th August 2021

Amazing app

Its helped my spread out large payments when I don’t have the current funds. The app has been updated so it’s easier to search for where the payments are and easier to locate which shop you want to look at. An absloute dream!

Klarna is a must have! It is very easy to use, straight forward checkouts and most importantly manageable re-payments. Myself and my partner have 4 children so you can imagine how expensive things can get. Klarna has helped me buy the things we need without having to worry about expense.
