Kroo froze my savings account with no discernable change in how I used my account and no violation of its terms and conditions. It delayed... It delayed its response and resolution with very little communication after I provided a prompt response to its frankly intrusive request for information. Internet research indicates this happens to Kroo customers with concerning regularity. Read more Read less
