Simple and quick to set up.

Simple and quick to set up. Interest on current account is great ! I was concerned with it being an online only bank, but you can talk to a person if needed. Moving funds between the current account and cash ISA is seamless. My only disappointment is it I have had difficulty with refunds (car tax) and unable to find a way to pay cheques in, so I have to have another bank account open to accept these. Simple, but ethical - and efficient bank!

When I applied for my new current account, my card arrived within 2 days. The app has a great layout, prompt notifications when you spend, and everything has been simply, but efficiently laid out.
