In my experience it's the best savings bank we have.

When we opened our savings account we couldn't have been treated any better, also if either of us goes in to draw any money from our savings we never have to wait for ages, we are seen to in a matter of minutes. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Super staff and a great service

Our local Leek is based in Oakengates, honestly speaking it is the staff that make it for me and my family - they are so friendly whilst being very professional, all the staff are very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, much nicer than other building society's where you are just another face.
