Leek Building Society NUL

Have regular saver account and an Isa. Easy to open. Good to have an actual office in a town that although not local to us, we are happy to visit. Although have to double check opening hours! Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

I use Leek B.

I use Leek B.S. for my personal accounts and a Charity's Accounts. It is always a pleasure to walk into a clean, spacious, and modern environment to be welcomed by pleasant staff. If I did have any complaint, it would be that the branch needs a machine to monitor cheques (like they have in a bank) so that time is not wasted by customers and your staff alike. All the staff are efficient and those who are newer are constantly being helped and have training from the others, which gives the customer confidence in the Society looking after their finances. Excellent customer service

Opened several cash ISAs for transfers in from another provider. Customer service was excellent as the the transferor was not very prompt and caused delays to the transfer which were overcome by Leek BS. Reviewed on: 20th March 2024
