I had a maturing bond and other savings l wished to maximize,l the advisor spent over an hour going over various options with me before I settled on a 5yr fixed rate ISA and a 5yr fixed rate bond , with which I was very happy. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024

Good Old Fashioned Service.

I wanted to open a regular savings account. Very simply contacted the Leek United, appointment made, I took all relevant identification. The account was opened, personal one to one old fashioned service. You felt valued even though I was only opening the account with £250 and establishing a standing order monthly for the same amount. It was refreshing to be dealt with as a human being. Please save branch offices of banks and building societies . There is still the demand and volume of customers aspiring for traditional services. Staff and services at Newxastke under Lyme Branch

We have had savings with leek United for 40 years now and the staff and the assistance they give is wonderful. Nothing is you much trouble. I am hoping that the customer service and the branches stay open as they have started using on line banking now. I think online banking has its uses but its not the same as speaking to the very experienced staff. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
