Went into the Hanley branch, staff were friendly and helpful and were able to provide immediate help and advice. ISA rates were extremely competitive and staff provided assistance in transferring from another provider. Good Old Fashioned Service.

I wanted to open a regular savings account. Very simply contacted the Leek United, appointment made, I took all relevant identification. The account was opened, personal one to one old fashioned service. You felt valued even though I was only opening the account with £250 and establishing a standing order monthly for the same amount. It was refreshing to be dealt with as a human being. Please save branch offices of banks and building societies . There is still the demand and volume of customers aspiring for traditional services.
