I like the way that things are sorted in branch immediately. Transfer in of Cash ISA forms completed, no having to come back for an appointment. Keep up the good personal service, and rates of interest better than most. Reviewed on: 30th September 2022

Leek branch failed to action instructions to reinvest ISA. Forms and verbal instructions done in branch at Derby Street, didn't find out until in Uttoxetter branch. Clearly a better service at Uttoxeter. Reviewed on: 30th September 2022
