Helpful and informative staff I was offered good advice in a clear easy to understand way. I only had a short waiting time on phone getting through to speak to someone. Simply the best. Great value. Been with them for years. Wouldn't use anyone else. What I love is how friendly and helpful they are. Made one claim and it was dealt with entirely to my satisfaction.
