Seamless to upgrade my policy

Upgraded from our older caravan and needed insurance cover . Staff explained carefully what our requirements would be and when payments would be taken .My policy was issued immediately and my new terms and conditions followed within days . All went smoothly Reviewed on: 17th July 2025

We have only had 1 claim for storm damage to a skyli...

We have only had 1 claim for storm damage to a skylight and the claim was settled fully. Our only concern was the time taken to resolve the payment of the claim and we had to pay the contractor for the work done and await the insurance settlement after the paperwork was cleared.
