I have been insured with Leisure Days Insurance for a number of years and have always been happy with the service they provided. This year I had to make a claim for water damage to my caravan. The whole process from my initial contact to completion of repairs was handled promptly and professionally. Best possible experience

The policy offered is very comprehensive for what we need. A major benefit is the ability to talk directly to a company representative about any aspect of the policy and our individual contract. The staff are consistently helpful and we are never kept waiting for our calls to be answered. We don't have any experience of making a claim but in all other aspects the company provides an excellent all round service. We have recommended it to others without reservation.
