Renewal prices are very good and they always remind customers to ensure cover is for todays value of replacing caravans & decking. We've never had to make a claim but when we have spoken to them at annual renewal time their customer service has always been excellent. Reviewed on: 5th August 2026

I shopped around when I purchased my caravan, I called leisure days at a weekend and was surprised when a real person answered the phone, the lady was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she put my mind at rest and explained everything thoroughly -there was no choice, I chose the best!
