Extremely efficient service

This is the first time I've ever had to make a claim in my life and it couldn't have been handled any better, I was immediately given a claim number and was quickly taken through the steps to have a new shower installed. The excess was low and the funds were sent to my bank account within weeks so I could pay the heating engineer once the work was completed. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
