Excellent customer service, no quibbles

Sadly we needed to claim due to water damage and then bad storms and it was no bother - I even got reminded that I hadn't claimed for the shed that was destroyed! Cannot fault the customer service, just excellent, no quibbles or issues. Just what you need when you're worried about your holiday home. And then despite claims, no premium hikes.
