Excellent customer service, no quibbles

Sadly we needed to claim due to water damage and then bad storms and it was no bother - I even got reminded that I hadn't claimed for the shed that was destroyed! Cannot fault the customer service, just excellent, no quibbles or issues. Just what you need when you're worried about your holiday home. And then despite claims, no premium hikes. Supportive during a claim that wasn't straightforward

Have once had to make a claim, it wasn't quite as straight forward as hoped but Leisure Days kept in touch throughout the process and worked with me to ensure that all information required was related before the claim was settled. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
