Never had a bad thing to say about any of my dealings with the company. Get an email reminder that insurance is up about a month before then get a phone call about a couple of weeks later following up the email too. Great service Reviewed on: 17th July 2025

We have been with Leisuredays for many years now and are more than happy with their value for money and their customer service. We plan to stay with them in the future. Insurance which does exactly what it says on the tin

I have had no need to make any claims (thank goodness) but my experience with this insurer has been transparent, clear and quick. Any problems have been sorted out quickly and efficiently. I paticularly appreciate the claim data and history that they publish showing where why and how much caravan claims are made. Also their practical advice and case histories of preparing static caravans for the winter when they are unoccupied is most useful. I have been with them for two years and will renew again next year.
