Lendable has been a genuinely positive company to deal with, and my experience with them has been very good from start to finish. Taking out a loan can sometimes feel stressful or confusing, especially when you are trying to compare figures, understand repayment terms, and make sure you are making the right financial decision. In my experience, Lendable made that whole process much easier than I expected. One of the biggest positives for me has been their customer service. Whenever I have needed help or clarification, they have been responsive, polite, and easy to deal with. It never felt like I was being rushed or fobbed off with vague answers. Instead, they came across as professional and straightforward, which makes a real difference when you are dealing with something as important as borrowing money. Good customer service is one of those things that can completely shape your opinion of a company, and in Lendable’s case it has definitely been a strong point.
