Poor customer service

Had changed my email and the whole world came crashing down! Not only was I unable to access any of my historical loans or current loans to make payments, I called 6-7 times over the course of 2 months and nobody could resolve it. Complete car crash of a support team! Reviewed on: 15th May 2017

They have low interest rates and you can have very low repayment rates - woo!! I have been 1000000% satisfied with my product from them and I would definitely use them again. Absolutely wonderful company, haven't been bothered by them at all and they really helped me out. Reviewed on: 12th May 2017

I love lending stream because they put customers first. At times I couldn't not make a payment all it took was a phone call away to arrange a reasonable agreement with the both of us. Interest rate is fair and lower than other payday loan lenders on the markert. I also love the easy access to management of my account to help me keep update to with payments and save interest.
