Surprisingly straightforward

Sadly, after referral to an orthopaedic specialist, our pup was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia. The specialist vet contacted Lifetime Pet Cover direct and payment was made (to the annual limit) without unnecessary delay or hindrance. Reviewed on: 16th August 2021

Excellent customer service, always so helpful and have never had a problem getting through on the phone for advice and help. We have an elderly dog and Lifetime Pet Cover were the fairest insurance quote that I found, I would choose them from the word go in the future. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

Elsie has really bad allergies. Tried everything but ended up having to have expensive blood tests. When I contacted lifetime pets they assured me straight away she would be covered and everything else I had already paid out for the same problem too . The vet was paid directly.
