Honest, straight forward insurer

Very impressed with ease of making a claim, payment made without quibble. Only downside is the reduced pay out for older pets but I was aware of this when I took out the insurance. For what we pay I would expect 100% cover, or indeed prefer to pay a slightly higher premium for a full payout. Very straight forward to claim and paid without any real effort on my part. Good service received

I had to claim on my policy when my dog ate his own bed and needed to be admitted to the vets. Process was easy and claim was paid out. Only reason for 1 star less was because they charged me admin feeds to make the claim. And I feel this should all be included. Other than that a very good insurance from my experience. when I called the admin team I was dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner. The claim form was emailed to me promptly and any queries I had were explained clearly. Following my pups surgery the claim was dealt with very quickly. Good team of people. Reviewed on: 10th August 2020

Very quick claim settlement
