I have had to use my pet insurance for the first time ever on two occasions this year for the same dog. Both very different reasons. Each time I have received excellent customer service with all my questions answered. It has been quick and painless. Has to make my first ever claim when my dog needed surgery to remove 2 small lumps around her eyes . I had to printer and due to corona virus couldn’t buy one anywhere online ,I phoned lifetime pet cover who straight away said they would post the forms to me which arrived the next day ,the while claim was sorted and paid within 3 weeks couldn’t ask for better service Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Really impressed with how easy it was to insure our beloved newly adopted family member “Jimmy Choo” the cat. Found the whole pet owner quite daunting with having to buy this and that, think about insurance changing house alarm settings. Thankfully getting let insurance wasn’t as bad I thought it would be and after a quick online comparison I chose pets online because it covered all the criteria - recommended to me by an insurance friend for such a reasonably price. Really impressed with Pets at Home and would recommend to anyone who has got or adopted a new four legged family member. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Our insurers pay our vets bills promptly and cover what she needs. She’s a French Bulldog so has problems with her skin and bowel quite regularly. They have been brilliant! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
