Great customer service & speedy resolution

I had to claim during lockdown and even though staffing was reduced I always had someone answer my call and help me with my first claim. Once my dog had her operation I received my settlement into my bank very quickly. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Lifetime pat cover are straight forward and easy to deal with. They also provide cover for working dogs which is so important as they almost insurance companies do not offer this level of cover. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

My lurched dog had a deep penetrating wound, and as it was in the lockdown period of corona virus, I managed to get an appointment with the vet, I immediately ran for a claim ,form I had an immediate response,,helpful advice, and everything was dealt with efficiently and without any hassle, highly recommended Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

My cat had an injury to his leg, it fould have been very serious. My vet recomended an xray which wasnt cheap, but necessary. The vet submited the form and everything was sorted out very quickly. Less stress for me and my boy. Reviewed on: 5th August 2020
