Excellant customer service. Personal and professional and yet friendly. Prompt in receiving calls and responding to emails/messages. Easy and stress free claims paying outing efficiently and within a speedy timeframe of claims. Highly recommend not only for customer service but most importantly the policy itself. Great for older pets

My dogs Guardian Angel

Eric my Cockapoo has had a couple of serious issues since his birth on Aug 1st 2017. You guys not only settled the vets fees quickly but understood how upsetting it gets when a deeply treasured pet is ill. He is 2 years old on Aug 1st and is so very fit healthy and happy, thanks in part to you guys. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
