Competitive pricing and excellent customer service

I had three dogs covered by Lifetime and the oldest became ill earlier this year. Sadly we lost her to cancer but Lifetime covered the cost of her treatment in accordance with the terms of the policy. The other two are also covered by Lifetime and I have just been asked to pay the next year's premium which showed a very modest increase. Customer service, particularly response times to emails, has always been very good. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
