What is important to me is my dog and lifetime pet cover we're there when I needed them,they have excellent customer service,they are professional and caring witch in some companies that is very rare,I have a bit of brain damage due to a very rare stroke they were very understanding,helpful and patient, the vets that they dealt with was very happy with them and that is very important I didn't have to stress about the bill being paid. Overall excellent service by lifetime pet cover. Reviewed on: 27th July 2018

Our vet noticed that our young dog had a tooth missing from 3 of the 4 quarters of her gum. This required an X-ray to establish if they were present in the gum. Luckily they were not present so did not need surgery to remove them as without would have caused problems to her other teeth. As she had attended her annual checks we were told by an adviser at Lifetime Pet Cover that they would cover the cost of the X-ray. It was settled directly with the vets and made it a positive experience. Reviewed on: 26th July 2018

Haven't had to use my pet insurance for my 4 cats and my sister's 3 cats but having spoken on the phone and had my queries answered more than satisfactorily I feel 100% reassured that I will get the best pet insurance service there is! Reviewed on: 26th July 2018
