Cheap but the customer service is really bad

My dog was taken ill one weekend and when I called to discuss making a claim (after the event), they told me it was my responsibility to fully assess whether to make a claim or not but refused to give me any indication as to future premium increases if I did claim. Even something as basic as "typically, making any sort of claim will see your premioum increase by around 10% in future years" would have been fine for me but they couldn't even manage that. Wouldn't recommend but there's not many decent insurers out there so I feel kind of stuck! Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

I switched to them following a comparison site review from a much better known provider and so far have had two large claims for my dogs no hassle no quibble payouts and not a massive hike in my premiums. Very responsive and kind to deal with. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
