Efficient kind and caring

My dog appeared to be very poorly, so my vets referred us to a specialist hospital. Thankfully after scans and an overnight stay with simple surgery he was on the mend. Lifetime pet cover couldn’t have been more helpful and sympathetic. I think they’re great and would and have recommended them. Reviewed on: 25th July 2018

Fair price and fast easy claims process

We had to claim for our dog last year and this was paid out quickly and with no quibble. When the insurance was due for renewal I felt the price had gone up quite a bit so I called and when I explained my dogs illness was not ongoing they accepted that and the price was reduced. Reliable Pet Insurance Provider

I had to claim this year for the first time Insurance from Lifetime Pet Cover as my dog become unwell and needed an operation. Costumer Line when I called to get a claim form was friendly and efficient. The claim itself was reviewed within a week and I received money back in the next few days. I was very possitively surprised how everything was handled freindly, easly and without any delay. I would definately recommend Lifetime Pet Cover to everyone based on my experience. I've been with Lifetime for 2 Years, and this is the most comprehensive Insurance I've found to provide peace of mind to my Furry Family. So satisfied, that I have no intention of changing my provider, whatsoever. Couldn't ask for a more understanding Insurance Company, who themselves have seen the wrong side of Policies. I have a 6 year old Springer Soaniel and have had him insured every year with different pet insurance companies. My husband found Lifetime Oet Cover and was the cheapest and I got more pet benefits and higher cover. The customer service staff are very helpful, polite and understanding.
