They were there for me when one of my kittens was unwell. Covered the cost of tests and treatments at an emotionally difficult time which helped with the stress. Affordable, dependable and friendly and professional when I've spoken to them on the phone. Will never switch insurers whilst recieving this great service and support. I have just recommended this company to my parents whose previous insurer had increased their pet insurance to an extortionate amount. They are very impressed with the fact you can choose the level of cover you want and therefore the monthly premium. Reviewed on: 30th September 2017

I have had dogs since 1974 they have always been insured. I've got 6 Gordon setters insured with lifetime pet cover for the last 20 months - just claimed for the first time very impressed with the prompt service/ payment. Would recommend them Reviewed on: 30th September 2017
