Great cover at a sensible price.

Took out cover which was comprehensive at a reasonable rate unfortunately had to make a claim but the pay out was simple and when I need to speak to them they were extremely polite & helpful. Reviewed on: 30th September 2017

I have been with Lifetime for three years now, and after three claims, I couldn't be more satisfied. Every time their Customer Service have been very efficient and very fast to sort out my claims, so I didn't have to worry money wise, while I had to take care of my precious dog. But what I love above anything else about them is their great communication, and the fact that during the sort out of my claims they continually kept informing me about them with letters and emails, so I knew at any time what was going on. I can't thank them enough for this. A few days ago, my insurance with them was due for renewal, and although this year the premium had been increased, I didn't have any hesitation for signing with them again. Pet insurance recommendation

Lifetimepetcover have been amazing, they are vey contactable and no trouble when making a claim, I couldn't believe they insured all of my old dogs whatever their ages, very impressive! Reviewed on: 30th September 2017

Excellent coverage for great price

My dog had an injury 6 years ago for which I had to claim on my previous insurance. As a result my premium continued to rise and rise. When looking for alternative providers all kept saying it was a pre existing condition and could not be covered. Lifetime were able to provide coverage for a really competitive price. Helpful and accommodating

Our pup had stomach problems due some a piece of plastic she ate. At first we thought that she wouldn't be covered again if the stomach problem happened again as it could be classed as an existing condition but Lifetime Pet Cover said it wasn't the case and were very helpful. Excellent Customer Service and Excellent Renewal Charges

When one of my dogs was seriously ill and I had to pay out bills of £8000 plus I could not have had a more speedy response. They even phoned me on a Sunday to confirm some details and a bill I paid on a Friday was settled and in my bank account by the Tuesday. You also speak to real people and it it not all press this button for this etc. In addiition to this when my renewal came through it was more than I expected and they were approached because as a result of the op my dog had done the condition could not reoccur.
