Unfortunately I had to make a claim for a puppy that was admitted to a vetinary hospital. The claims process was simple and straightforward, no quibbling with paying out, which was a relief at the time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Reviewed on: 30th September 2017

Very impressed, didn't let us down.

I wanted a no frills insurance to cover veterinary costs for my Jack Russell terrier. About three months after taking out the cover my dog became desperately ill needing emergency overnight and day care for several days. Happily, he made a full recovery and our claim was paid promptly. When the renewal premium came round it was very competitive and we were delighted with the overall service and support. great cover for a great cost !

Insured our dog from birth with the same company and the premium went up & up every year even thought we had not claimed for several years! As we have now found Lifetime pet cover our premium has halved and we still have excellent cover. Reviewed on: 30th September 2017

Having recently taken out insurance with Lifetime Pet Cover our 13 year old cat was taken ill. I contacted the company and was helped all the way from placing a claim to receiving payment very quickly. I would highly recommend them for all pet insurance. Reviewed on: 30th September 2017
