Smashed the cynicism of Petplan.

Totally fed up with Petplan who after 10 years Almost doubled my premium overnight. Lifetime offered same policy for less than Petplan original. Reviewed on: 30th September 2017

Great service through and through

I was dubious when i first purchased from this company as they were relatively new however i neednt have worried onw bit. They offer fab customer service where you actually speak to someone (generally the same person each time). Also, when we had the unfortunate experience of a poorly cat who needed specialist care and lifetime pet cover were great and put our minds at rest meaning our cat could receive the specialist treatment required. Lifetime Pet Cover took the time to listen to my situation when I was looking for new pet insurance. Never was there any hard sell, only patience and a helpful attitude.
