Amazing pet cover who doesn't rip you off

2 nd year we have been with this amazing company found it on line when no one would cover our dog ..well only for death !! Had to claim this year and paperwork very easy to fill in and was back into our account in 10 days :) and not like other company's they fairly took off the exess in our favour ! Having struggled with insurance claims in the past (be it pet insurance or otherwise) it was refreshing to have an insurance company like Lifetime Pet Cover who processed the claim efficiently and effortlessly, paying the veterinary practitioner direct. As such my only involvement was requesting the claim form, the rest was handled by the veterinary practice and Lifetime Pet Cover, leaving me time to look out for our sick pet. Great service! Excellent customer service - real people to guide you

During a very traumatic experience 3 months ago, the professional, friendly and helpful staff (yes, real people who understand your distress and who are based in the UK) guided me through the first claim we've had to make on pet insurance, making the whole experience that little bit less distressing. Luckily our supervet removed the 10cm tumour and our Springer is bouncing around like a youngster. Like a factory reset! Lifetime Pet Cover were amazing Reviewed on: 29th September 2017

After enquiring with lifetime per cover about my dogs insurance. Their care, attention to detail and depth of knowledge was wonderful. Thats all before ive brought insurance.
