Insurers who stick to their word.

After being continually ripped off by insurers who ask for 30% or 40% increases after no claims made, I rang Lifetime Pet Cover and asked the question about increases. Life time Pet Cover gave me examples of their increases and when the renewal came Lifetime PC were true to their promises. Good knowledgeable people to deal with on the phone. Quick & Efficient

After the awful experience of my little dog requiring an MRI scan & emergency surgery for a slipped disc, it was a huge relief that the claims process from Lifetime Pet Insurance was so easy & that they paid us so promptly. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Excellent Service All Round

When my dog was taken urgently ill I had to act quickly getting him to a specialist unit. The cost was huge and I had to settle the account. The specialist unit sent off my claim and I had the money in my bank account within days (and I mean less than a week). What really impressed me was a query on my claim was dealt with on a Sunday by e-mail. Also you get to speak to people when you phone up and don't get the annoying 'press 3 etc.). Outstanding!

Outstanding cover at good prices. Fair inclusion of previously treated conditions (not required veterinary surgeon review in >2 years). At last, an insurer not trapping loving owners into a cycle of ever increasing premiums. Previously with Marks and Spencer which offered good cover but at almost £70 a month to insure my dog it made it unaffordable. Other insurers wouldn't cover gastro problems on my dog because 5 years ago she ONCE had gastroenteritis. As this wasn't an ongoing issue Lifetime Pet Cover indicated that they would cover this at almost a 60% lower premium! Goodbye rip off pet insurers. Great Service

Great customer service every time I have had to call. Furthermore, when my cat was ill there were no qualms when dealing with my claim - even when there was a mix up with the vets information they provided, Lifetime Pet Cover rectified their outcome accordingly. Great policy for fair price

My dog insurance premiums were getting very expensive as he is now 12 years old but I have used Lifetime Pet cover for the past two years and the premiums were reasonable. I also had a claim and it was dealt with quickly. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

Best pet cover at a very good price

I found lifetime pet cover on line , and I must say you can't get better cover , the prices are very very good mine was more then £12 cheaper a month than pet plan . Thank you lifetime. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017
