So far so good

I haven't had to make a claim luckily but my Labrador has some pre existing conditions and now he is 7 the premiums from his last insurer rocketed. We even considered not insuring him! Then I found lifetime pet cover who were very reasonably priced and offer cover for pre existing conditions if there has been no recurrence of the issue in 2 years. Amazing! I will be changing my cat insurance to lifetime when it is ip for renewal as he had a previous condition but no issues now for 3 years. Excellent service so far and hopefully will be the same if I need to make a claim in the future Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

Excellent Company

Had to use my Lifetime Pet Insurance for an emergency with my dog. The transaction was easy and even though I had a problem with my vet not getting the form in on time, they were very helpful and accepted my claim. Payment was made very quickly. Pet Insurance As It Should Be!

Excellent service - much can be done via e-mail (which is a real bonus for busy folk); friendly, helpful staff on phones when a call is necessary; prompt, positive response to insurance claims with no quibbles & cheque sent out quickly. Good range of cover available with excellent value for money. By far the best pet insurance that I have had (& I have had a few over the years!!). Amazing !!!!!!

I took out pet insurance with this company 11 months ago after searching the internet due to my insurance premiums going through the roof!! I couldn't believe how competitive they were in price and with more cover. I made a claim recently as my 10 year old dog had to undergo dental surgery..I was worried that I might have had hassle with the claim and expecting a fight on my hands! To my amazement they didn't quibble paid out instantly ! This company is the best I've ever had to deal with..their customer services is fantastic leaps and bounds ahead of other well known companies..lets hope it continues...I'll have no concerns renewing my insurance with them ...strongly recommend this company !!!!
