Excellent Pet Insurer that Delivers

Changed to Lifetime Pet Cover with an old dog and have had a couple of major veterinary procedures out of the blue. Fully aware of additional excess due to dog's age but company has paid up without quibble. Perhaps some of the 'big boys' could learn from this Insurer as to customer service.
