I would have rated excellent across the board as it is good value for money and I didn’t have any issues the first year of the policy but unfortunately there was an error at the start of my current renewal policy and payments were not taken through no fault of my own. I now have to pay a larger premium each month to rectify the insurance companies mistake which I thought was pretty poor service. There was no other option and I was told if the higher monthly payment wasn’t acceptable to me then the policy would be cancelled.. I feel that the company need to work on customer service, as the commutation timescale was also poor and it took days to get a response.. Reviewed on: 7th September 2024

My GSD was diagnosed with EPI at 1 year old. After spending a small fortune on tests, medication and supplements, Lifetime pet cover was amazing when I claimed. Easy forms to fill in, excellent phone support and pay out was quick. Reviewed on: 7th September 2024
