Very helpful customer service

Rang up to talk about a claim. The lady on the phone was very kind and helpful. I had not dealt with insurance claims before, and she really took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I was fully up to speed with the process. Still waiting for the claim to process (we were told wait time is currently about 6 weeks) and money to come through but don't anticipate any issues.. fingers crossed! Reviewed on: 28th August 2024

Very welcoming at reception , ghost is a loving craz...

Very welcoming at reception , ghost is a loving crazy husky but we feel at ease there even if he’s howling.. and the staff and vets are so good with all animals from what we’ve seen .. we feel in good hands .. very welcoming and our dogs love coming there thanks to the brilliant staff.. all in all take pride on what you do..
