Not had to claim yet, but good customer care so far

So far we have no complaints in regards to the insurance, but it is hard to comment when you have not yet had to make a claim. Customer services has been great the few times I have had to call at the beginning of my cover to ensure a few details were correct and I like that dont get any annoying email communications every month. The price seems really fair at the moment and have not seen a huge increase over the past year but we shall see how that goes as our pup gets older. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

Good value pet insurance which suits our needs.

We chose lifetime pet cover because it's one of the only insurance companies that cover a pet for an ongoing problem and we had a guarantee £6000 a year and the excess was good to. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024
