Best I've ever found

They are approachable, helpful and pay up when you make a claim. They cover you if you use homeopathic remedies instead of drugs, and do not exclude a condition if you have previously claimed for it. Reviewed on: 14th August 2024

Great Dane Operation ball recovery.

When my great dane swallowed a ball, it was a worrying time I whisked him to the vets straight away, where they tried to make him sick to bring it up but it wouldn't budge!, next day he was in for an operation on his gut to remove the ball. I rang lifetime cover up for a claim form which was quick and easy, no fuss and very helpful. It only took 2/3 weeks and bill was settled directly with vets. Totally recommend lifetime pet insurance . My premiums didn't sky rocket when it was time for renewal. Reviewed on: 14th August 2024

Without a hitch.

We took cover out when we got an older puppy.. As our at Bernard grew though, he started to limp and ended up having a pricey CT scan. Lifetime pet cover were great. I emailed to say that we were seeing a very and they told me how to fill in the forms. Claim went through without a hitch and was paid in good time. Obviously the larger the dog, the larger the bills but we thought our monthly payment was excellent value for him. Very pleased. Reviewed on: 14th August 2024
