I fortunately have not had to claim, yet! But the set up was simple and easy to understand. The premium is very reasonable and all correspondence have been made clear. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 31st August 2021

Terrible claims handling

Took four weeks and repeated chasing before they eventually dealt with the claim; and 5 weeks overall to get paid out. When you're out of pocket for around £2000, that's just not good enough. Reviewed on: 31st August 2021
