I used L&C when moving house, unfortunately this coincided with covid, however they provided a great service and without them I doubt it would have gone as smoothly as it did. 5 years later, our mortgage is now due for renewal and will be using their services again. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Terrible experience!

I have used L&C a number of times in the past. This time, I did not have a good experience. I had to provide our contact with all the information, I chased things up and looked for new rates and, they ended up securing us on the incorrect rate. Since then, we’ve had awful customer service and very little in the way of a compensation offer. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
