Will never go anywhere else :)

Was given their details by a friend who used them. Been with them since my first house purchase and have continued to use them for mortgage renewals and keeping up to date with the current market. great service and communication, friendly and approachable staff. Great if you are a first time buyer with no clue about the housing market! ease of website and portals. From first to last I was hugely impressed with L&C. Brian Sands (my advisor) gave extensive and clear advice, was always prompt in replying to a queries and secured me a mortgage deal I was delighted with in a difficult market.
