Great info to make an informed decision

I have used L&C for many years and have always had a good experience. They find good rates and explain the pros and cons of different mortgage types so I can make an informed decision. Reviewed on: 28th March 2025

Trustworthy and Helpful

I've used them for all my mortgages and recommend them to family and friends. I had a bad experience with a previous mortgage advisor who tried to push products that were not in my best interest. L&C don't do this and always find me the best product without hassling me to go down a particular route. I've tested them as well to check they are offering me the best deals and I've never found fault. Reviewed on: 1st April 2025

Was given their details by a friend who used them. Been with them since my first house purchase and have continued to use them for mortgage renewals and keeping up to date with the current market. great service and communication, friendly and approachable staff. Great if you are a first time buyer with no clue about the housing market! ease of website and portals.
